The Mailbox is an exciting regeneration of the former Royal Mail sorting office which sits on Station Approach in Stockport. The building was vacant from 2010 when the sorting office on-site closed.
The Mailbox created 117 stunning apartments and 12,500 sq ft of commercial office space at the bottom. Our 18m ‘living wall’ at The Mailbox is spread across all four elevations that covers a total of 1,200 sq m and made up of 114,500 individual plants that makes it the largest area of living wall in the North of England.
We worked closely with ANS Global, Mosaic Town Planning, Stockport City Council, Pozzoni Architects and Elder Lester McGregor to complete the urban greening scheme.
