If you have driven down the A6 in Stockport over the last 12 months, you may have seen the regeneration of the old Royal Mail sorting office, which we have transformed to create stunning and contemporary Apartments, Offices and a Restaurant Unit.

Originally the street level office space was intended to be let to a single large commercial tenant, however in response to demand for smaller, Covid secure office spaces with meeting rooms for occasional use, the commercial space has been re-designed. To meet the needs of Stockport’s SME Businesses, each office space is fully network connected and furnished with contemporary furnishings.

Nigel Rawlings, RISE CEO says “We have all been challenged with the events of 2020 and the new world of working from home. We realised that business could work well remotely, however may still need an office, albeit smaller, where staff might work from on a rota basis and that still allows for teams and clients to get together when required in larger meeting spaces. We have created lockable, individual office spaces, starting with two desks, ready for small business occupants with broadband, telephone and IT connectivity ready and waiting. There’s a reception and parking available. We hope that the offices will help local businesses to find a new way of working, with reduced overheads and flexible terms to help them bounce back and grow.”
