Rise Homes awarded Stockport Interchange scheme

As part of Stockport’s major regeneration project, Rise Homes are delighted to have been selected as the joint developer with City Heart for Stockport Interchange.

Stockport Interchange will form a new build scheme of 196 Apartments plus 780 sq m of commercial space located above a new bus Interchange. The Interchange will be adjacent to a new walking/cycleway/bridge link between the Interchange and the Railway Station 300m away.
