The Depot is a five-acre development with fully furnished new build homes, including stylish, modern apartments available to rent. Located on Bowes St, the former Stagecoach Depot on Princess Parkway, Manchester, The Depot stood vacant for many years. Now it has been redeveloped to provide much-needed housing options for every stage of life within the community.
The new scheme has created over 200 new homes in total and is made up of apartments, family homes, and later life accommodation. Built with timber frames and zinc roofs, these beautiful new build homes are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
